Your appointment time is reserved just for YOU. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the provider's day that could have been filled by another patient. 

Please note that you will receive reminders prior to your appointment. Although we do understand things come up, we do have a cancellation policy that we enforce.  

We kindly ask that you notify us if you are unable to keep your appointment. At this time we are requesting that all cancellations are completed at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to your appointment - or No Show/Missed appointments will be charged as follows:  

• Aesthetic Services: $100
• NAD+ Infusions: $100
• All other services: $50 per visit
• OR the cost of service requested if service cost is less than $50
